Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The chairman of the board of Uzbekneftegaz and members of the Working Group, having studied the current situation at the GTL plant, got acquainted with the projects being implemented at the Shurtan gas chemical complex.

At the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex, together with the design institute JSC "Sredazenergosetproekt", a project for the external power supply of this complex, the GTL plant has been developed and the construction of a substation is underway.

The chairman of the board first examined the final stage of construction and installation work at the substation.

The project of the substation 220/35 under construction for the expansion of the Shurtan gas chemical complex, completion of construction and installation works was considered.

Issues of ensuring the timely and high-quality operation of the infrastructure facility were discussed with the specialists, the terms of their commissioning were determined.

The Chairman of the Management Board also met with Siemens specialists who are carrying out overhaul of the GB / GT-1801 gas turbine compressor system at the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex, and studied their working and living conditions.

Siemens specialists gave information that at the present time at the GB / GT-1801 gas turbine station, work is underway to replace rotating and stationary parts and parts.

The Chairman of the Board examined all the circumstances on the spot, noting that during a pandemic, it is necessary to continue production at full capacity and ensure its continuity, to be ready for the autumn-winter season.

In turn, additional instructions were given to improve production efficiency at the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex and to unconditionally fulfill this year’s plan in all areas.
