Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The special headquarters of the Ministry of Energy, during a visiting meeting in the Tashkent region, checked the readiness to provide consumers with coal and briquettes in the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021.

In the course of analyzing the state of affairs on the ground, recommendations were made, tasks were set and deadlines for their implementation were determined. In particular, it was ordered to ensure the full volume of coal supplies to the population of the mountainous, remote and border areas of the region until 1 November 2020. An order was given to purchase 4 additional loaders for the coal warehouses "Bostanlyk", "Angren", "Yukorichirchik" and "Yangiyul".

Total consumers of Tashkent region in the autumn-winter period 2020-2021, 92,500 tonnes of coal and briquettes will be supplied. Of these, 83 thousand tons are intended to provide for individuals, 9.5 thousand tons - social facilities.

For the supply of coal products to consumers of the region, 6 coal warehouses are used, equipped with loaders and scales.
