Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Members of the Special Headquarters of the Ministry of Energy, during an off-site meeting in the Ferghana Valley on 10 September this year, got acquainted in detail with various enterprises at the Fergana Enterprise of Territorial Electric Networks JSC, in particular, an enterprise for the production of reinforced concrete poles.

This type of product is an integral part of the system of low-voltage electrical networks, and the organization of the production of reinforced concrete poles directly in the Fergana region makes it possible to speed up the processes of construction and installation work, reconstruction and modernization of power grids and, of course, reduce their cost.

Production capacities allow daily production of up to 30 reinforced concrete supports, including 18 units - modifications “SV-95-2.0” and 12 units. - "SV-110-3.5". Thus, the monthly production capacity of production is 840 units, and 10 thousand 80 pieces of reinforced concrete supports are produced per year.

The launch of production also made it possible to create 18 jobs.

Taking into account the market demand for this type of product, it is planned to launch a second production line, which is currently under construction. The launch of the second line will double the production capacity, as well as create 10 new jobs.

As a result of the growth in the production of reinforced concrete poles in the region, the need for them will be almost completely satisfied, taking into account the volumes of activity of JSC Fergana Enterprise of Territorial Electric Grids.

As noted during the analysis of the situation by the working group of the Special Headquarters of the Ministry of Energy, with the launch of the production of reinforced concrete supports, there was also a need to manufacture various types of metal structures necessary for the mutual fastening of supports and suspension cables on them.

Taking into account this need, Ferghana PTES also made a decision to open the production of metal structures. For this, lathes were installed, other necessary equipment and raw materials were purchased.

The members of the working group also got acquainted with the activities of the workshop for the production of SIP fittings. For its operation, modern hydraulic thermoplastic machines with a capacity of 290 and 120 tons for the processing of polymers, equipment for drying and feeding raw materials into the machine (dryer), 7 types of steel molds, crushers and other necessary equipment for waste processing were purchased and installed. The launch of the workshop created an additional 7 new jobs.

Currently, this production workshop produces 6 types of SIP fittings: R-70, R-645, ES-1500, DN-1, RA-1500, SA-2000. Work is underway to expand it further and launch the production of other types of products.

During the field meeting, the organization of work of Ferghana PTES on the preparation of design and estimate documentation was also analyzed. The experts noted the importance of strict executive discipline in the preparation of design and estimate documentation, on the accuracy, economy and timeliness of which the economic sustainability of the entire enterprise, as well as the implementation of planned plans and programs, largely depends.

Practical remarks and recommendations were given by the working group of the Special Headquarters of the Ministry of Energy on all the considered aspects of the activity of Ferghana PTES.
