Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Within the framework of the program of Uzbekneftegaz for training personnel for a plant for the production of synthetic liquid fuel (GTL), in 2017, an agreement was signed between Bukhara Oil Refinery LLC and Uzbekneftegaz GTL LLC training of specialists on the basis of the Bukhara oil refinery.

In the period from 2017 to 2021, a total of 160 selected young specialists, including the best graduates of the oil and gas universities of the republic, underwent practical and theoretical training in the production shops and facilities of the Bukhara Oil Refinery. According to the results of the periodic final exams, today, step by step, all 160 already experienced specialists were transferred to the Uzbekistan GTL company to continue their work at the GTL plant.

Young specialists who have undergone industrial training at the Bukhara refinery are distinguished by their deep knowledge and skills gained thanks to their mentors - experienced and professional engineers of the refinery.

The Uzbekneftegaz GTL expressed its sincere gratitude to the staff of the Bukhara refinery for the valuable support in the field of personnel training and is confident in the further close, mutually beneficial and long-term partnership between the plants.
