Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A lot of work is being done in Uzbekistan to develop a competitive environment in various sectors of the domestic economy. In order to improve the quality of services, develop competition among e-procurement operators, the new operator - the joint venture XT-Xarid texnologiyalari LLC - has created an alternative electronic platform for organizing e-tenders and e-tenders (tender.mf.uz).

Now customers and suppliers have the opportunity to choose an electronic platform - electronic tenders and competitions can be held both at UzEX and tender.mf.uz. Having compared the capabilities of alternative systems, the quality of service, they have the right to choose the electronic platform that best suits their needs.

It should be noted that in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 29 June  2020 No. UP-6013 "On additional measures to improve the anti-corruption system in the Republic of Uzbekistan", state customers must carry out public procurement through competitive and tender tenders exclusively in electronic form using modern information and communication technologies.

The introduced electronic systems of competitive and tender tenders ensure their conduct using the ball method and the lowest price method. Customers are given the opportunity to independently choose one of two world-recognized assessment methods, to determine the criteria by which the proposals of applicants will be evaluated, the relative values of these criteria (each of which can give a different number of points, depending on the importance of a particular indicator for customers).

Criteria based on quantitative indicators (number of specialists, experience in the market, price, delivery time, etc.) will be assessed by the system independently, automatically, without involving a person. Qualitative (expert) criteria will be assessed by members of the tender (tender) commission, who will be able to work remotely, online.

To date, the first tenders have already been held on the tender.mf.uz platform. Registration in the system is open to all customers and suppliers. There is also a demo version of the demo.tender.mf.uz system, in which a trial auction can be held, and specialists can hone their skills in working in the electronic system
