The number of registered cases of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan reaches 14,293

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 10:00 on 15 July, the number of registered cases of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan reached 14,293 (+ 208).

The total number of coronavirus survivors in the country at the moment is 8327. 5898 patients are undergoing treatment, 51 of them in serious condition and 6 in extremely serious condition.

The Ministry of Health also reported the death of a 66-year-old man who was diagnosed with coronavirus. A resident of Chilanzar district, I.I., started coughing on 5 July and had shortness of breath; he began to be treated at home. This is the 68th death of a patient with COVID-19 in the country.

Despite resuscitation procedures, I. I. died from acute respiratory, chronic renal and pulmonary heart failure.
