When applying for a special permit (sticker), no payments will be charged. The service is provided absolutely free of charge.

In this case, the sent messages will be considered by a special structural unit of the Ministry, and the applicant’s identity will be kept confidential.

For citizens who, in violation of the established order, jeopardize the life and health of themselves and their loved ones, fines are announced. Driving without special permission in the streets by car is considered a violation of the rules for combating epidemics.

Violation of the rules for combating epidemics will cost citizens from 4 million 460 thousand to 6 million 690 thousand, and to officials - from 6 million 690 thousand to 11 million 150 thousand soums.
