Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 16 October 2020, the Uztekstilprom Association held a training seminar on the topic “Requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015”, with the participation of a representative of the international certification body “Asia Register”. In addition, the heads of the association’s division took part in the seminar.

During the seminar, the processes for certification of quality management systems and the privileges that have implemented a quality management system in accordance with international requirements, as well as the goals and privileges of existing regulatory legal acts in the field of standardization and certification were explained.

During the seminar, the following issues were discussed in detail:

Purpose, structure and content of the ISO 19011 standard

Overview of the main requirements of ISO 9001: 2015

Quality audit concept. Types of audits (management system audit, supplier audit, process audit, product audit)

Formation of the audit program

Communication and interviewing

Competence and assessment of internal auditors

Audit activities

Analysis of identified inconsistencies

Motivation of internal auditors

Typical requirements of the certification body for management systems and personnel for the QMS certification procedure

The theoretical part of the seminar was actively accompanied by practical work, business discussions, case studies, incl. considering examples from the practice of conducting external audits of the training leader.
