Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulates elected-President of South Korea

Uzbek leader noted that during 25 years of diplomatic relations the countries established friendly relations, strong relations of strategic partnership, constructive dialogue on the whole range of issues on the bilateral agenda, and also within the framework of international organizations.

President said that Uzbekistan and South Korea have accumulated vast experience in investment cooperation with the participation of leading South Korean companies in the automotive, engineering, electric power, oil and gas, electrical, textile, information technology, telecommunications and other industries.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized that Uzbekistan, preserving continuity and consistency in its foreign policy, will continue to follow the course aimed at strengthening friendship and constructive cooperation with the Republic of Korea.

President of Uzbekistan invited Moon Jae-in to pay visit to Uzbekistan in any convenient time.
