Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Nursultan Nazarbaev hold telephone conversation

Uzbek leader congratulated Nursultan Nazarbaev with the 25th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence. Mirziyoyev wished prosperity to Kazakh people.

In his turn, Kazakh President congratulated Shavkat Mirziyoyev with assumption of the post of the President of Uzbekistan.

During the talks, Presidents discussed current state and perspectives of bilateral relations. The sides underlined importance of boosting cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Nursultan Nazarbaev invited Shavkat Mirziyoyev to pay a state visit to Kazakhstan in any convenient time. Shavkat Mirziyoyev accepted the invitation.
