Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – In the Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Parliament, it was especially noted that improving the well-being of the people and strengthening their social protection remains one of our main tasks.

This was also said during the training seminar held today at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The second stage of the training seminar on priority areas in the area of supporting women in the country was attended by leading cadres of women’s committees, trade unions and the Mahalla charity fund in Bukhara, Jizzakh, Navoi, Tashkent regions and the city of Tashkent.

The Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbaeva explained in detail the essence and significance of the Message of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the parliament. At the same time, attention is focused on the priority tasks identified in the Message, which must be implemented in close cooperation with local trade union organizations, women's committees, and citizens' self-government bodies.

Particular attention is paid to supporting families in need of social protection, ensuring the employment of women, their professional retraining and strengthening families.
