Rules of publication of legal documents amended

The rules were brought in line with the law “On normative-legal documents” in new edition, Norma.uz reported.

The rules now include norms on regulating by-laws. The rules said that official publications of ministries, state committees, departments and state bodies should publish legal documents, adopted by the corresponding organization.

The state bodies, which published legal document before Collection of Legislation of Uzbekistan, should notify the Ministry of Justice about it within one day.

The documents, adopted by the state bodies, should be published on their official websites within two days after their adoption.

The rules said that legal entities, engaged in publication of legal document s in unofficial publications, should obtain license to carry out their activities. The publishing activity is licensed business in Uzbekistan.

The rules also included order of correcting mistake, published at official and unofficial publications, and electronic databases.
