Rescue department receive modern all-terrain vehicle “TRAKOL”

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Special modern search and rescue department “Qamchiq” of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan (SPSU) received a new modern all-terrain vehicle “TRAKOL”.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Russian Research and Production Company “TRAKOL” produced the vehicle.

The ATV is advanced in this class of equipment. The three-axle four-wheel drive machine is equipped with tubeless tires, the pressure in which is adjusted manually, depending on the characteristics of the ground.

A characteristic feature of the all-terrain amphibian "TRAKOL" is a lightweight, insulated body made of fiberglass. For the landing of people and the loading of payloads, three doors are provided: two front doors and one at the rear of the body.

The vehicle can transport up to 8 people or up to 700 kilograms of cargo. The wheel formula is 6x6, the carrying capacity on dense soils is 700 kg, on light-bearing soils and afloat - 400 kg, the ground clearance is 490 mm, the maximum speed on the highway is 70 km / h.

It can move along the water, swamp and snow-covered mountain roads, and also it is able to reach the most inaccessible places.

The vehicle will be tested at Qamchiq pass. After the tests, it is planned to purchase a second all-terrain vehicle of this brand to strengthen the park of SPSU “Qamchiq”.
