Ravnaq-bank to increase charter capital by 5bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of the securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the bank.

Ravnaq-bank will place 5 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each within the issue. Total sum of the issue will make 5 billion soums.

According to the bank, the shares will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors.
