This notarial act was carried out by a notary F. Khojimatov, engaged in private notarial practice in the city of Kokand, Ferghana region. He issued a power of attorney to receive a pension from the citizen S.R.
In accordance with the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-5816, reorganization of state notary offices into non-state notary offices was provided for.
The purpose of creating private notaries is to satisfy the demand of the public for notarial services, the formation of a free competitive environment in the field of notaries, the complete elimination of excessive red tape, bureaucracy and corruption.
Now the problem of long lines at notaries will be eliminated, citizens will be able to use the services of a notary public on any day of the week.
