During the conversation, Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov congratulated Sapar Isakov on his appointment as Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan and wished him success in his work.

The sides discussed development of trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as cooperation on border issues between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

The heads of the governments of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan expressed readiness for mutually beneficial cooperation on all relevant topics of the joint agenda.
