Presidential candidates meet voters

Candidate to the post of the President of Uzbekistan from Liberal-Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov met with the voters of Andijan region on 10 March 2015.

Nariman Umarov, candidate to the post of the President of Uzbekistan from Social-democratic party of Uzbekistan “Adolat”, met with the voters of Ferghana region.

Candidate to the post of the President of Uzbekistan from People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Hotamjon Ketmnov visited Kashkadarya region to meet the voters.

At the meetings, the candidates to the post of the President of Uzbekistan presented their pre-election programmes to the voters.

The presidential elections in Uzbekistan will be held on 29 March 2015. The Central Election Commission registered four candidates to the post of the President of Uzbekistan – from the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businessmen - Liberal-Democratic Party of Uzbekistan – Islam Karimov, the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan – Hotamjon Ketmonov, the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan "Milly Tiklanish" – Akmal Saidov and the Social-democratic party "Adolat" – Narimon Umarov.
