President expresses condolences to Afghanistan

Uzbek leader sent a message to the President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in connection with numerous human casualties as a result of terrorist act committed in the city of Kabul.

Attackers drove an ambulance laden with explosives past a police checkpoint in a secure zone, home to government offices and foreign embassies. The Taliban have said they carried out the attack.
