Over 280 cameras to record traffic violations to be installed in Tashkent

According to the head of the “Computer Center” department of the Traffic Safety Directorate of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent, Lieutenant-Colonel Shukhrat Muratov, a special program for 2018-2020 has been adopted.

Within the framework of the program, cameras for surveillance and recording traffic rules will be installed at 280 intersections of the capital.

In 2017, for surveillance and recording traffic rules were launched at 150 crossroads of Tashkent city.

Currently, cameras record violations, related to passing during red lights and speeding.
