Norov appointed as Director of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Vladimir Norov was appointed Director of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
Prior to appointment, Norov worked as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Belgium.
