Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Employees of the Uzbek Embassy in the Benelux countries held negotiations with the chief manager of the Dutch company AIRCRETE Europe Ralph Beyer, Dunyo news agency reported.
Aircrete Europe is a leader in the design and implementation of autoclaved aerated concrete equipment and technologies for the production of panels and blocks, headquartered in Oldenzaal. The company is engaged in the design and construction of innovative turnkey autoclaved aerated concrete plants, as well as the installation of the latest technology for cutting solid wood throughout the world. The company's customers are manufacturers of building materials and family businesses - manufacturers of autoclaved aerated concrete.
Discussing the prospects for cooperation and the presence of Aircrete Europe in the Uzbek market, Ralph Beyer reported on the project being implemented with EURASIA Gas Beton LLC to launch a line for the production of aerated concrete panel products under an EPC contract. The cost of this turnkey project is estimated at 15 million euros. The agreement on the construction of this plant was reached during the visit of representatives of AIRCRETE Europe to Uzbekistan in March this year. Under the terms of the contract, the Dutch side will prepare and train the plant personnel for the proper operation of the equipment. In addition, if necessary, in the event of technical breakdowns, AIRCRETE Europe specialists will be able to troubleshoot the problem remotely using a remote program.
The launch of the line will allow the production of large-sized panels in large quantities. According to the Dutch entrepreneur, the production of precast aerated concrete panels can be an ideal building material for the construction of large logistics and shopping centers, as well as residential complexes. The smoothness of these panels will allow you to apply paint or wallpaper to the surface without plaster.
A key resource for increasing the volume of construction is the availability of finished objects at a price through cost reduction due to the use in construction of modern high-quality building materials and products with less energy consumption in production, with improved characteristics and the possibility of using robotics, as well as design solutions with less material consumption and increased assembly , which will positively affect the cost of the final product.
