New houses to be constructed in old part of Tashkent

The resolution approved construction of five experimental multistory apartment houses at Nurafshon street of Tashkent city due to loans of Ipoteka Bank and Uzpromstroybank.

These banks were advised to provide loans to general contractors – Toshkent uy-joy qurilish, Evrostroy Plus and Dizayn-Taraqqiyot – at the size of 90% of the object cost. The loans are issued for period of construction of houses.

After formation of list of families, who will live in new apartments, the banks will re-register loans as long-mortgage loans to these families.

The state bodies and organizations received orders on developing documentation of the object, technical control over construction process, constructing utility networks, and supply of construction materials.
