Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A government resolution “On measures to organize the activities of the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Development of Sericulture and Karakul Breeding” was adopted.
The Regulation on the Committee for the Development of Sericulture and Karakul Breeding was approved.
The Committee is subordinate to the Cabinet of Ministers and is headed by a chairman appointed by the President on the proposal of the Prime Minister.
Employees of the central committee and its regional offices are paid a monthly bonus of up to 60 percent, respectively, for the length of service.
Also, the decree approved the procedure for monitoring the export of raw silk and silk waste across the customs border.
According to this, monitoring of export contracts provided by exporting organizations, the Uzbekipaksanoat association will be carried out within 2 working days for compliance with the volumes specified in the decisions of the President and the Government.
This procedure comes into force on 1 February 2021.
