Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A comprehensive reconstruction is being carried out at the AGMK copper concentrator. As part of the reconstruction, the plant was supplied with crushing equipment for Uralmashzavod, the state company UZTM of the Russian Federation.

UZTM started manufacturing twenty units of automated crushing complexes in August last year.

According to the contract, UZTM supplied six crushers for the medium crushing stage (KSD-2200), 14 for the fine crushing stage (KMD-2200 and KMD-3000), as well as 30 screens of various sizes.

Alisher Akhmadaliev, the head of the production and technical department of the Moscow Foundation, said that at present 10 sets of KMD have already been put into operation at the industrial site, the KSD complex is at the stage of technological tests, six more crushers of different sizes are being installed.

Modern crushing equipment will operate in crushing shop No. 1 and in crushing and processing complex No. 2.

The new crushing plants are equipped with modern systems, including a reversible hydraulic slot control mechanism based on a gear swing mechanism, amortization and load level control systems, they use high-power drives that implement an accelerated process of breaking up pieces in the crusher chamber.
