Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A 69-year-old T.S., who lived in Gulistan district, contracted coronavirus, which was confirmed on 11 July.

He was admitted to the intensive care unit of Syrdarya regional infectious diseases hospital.

On 29 June, the patient was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was being treated at the central hospital of Gulistan region. The patient was diagnosed with grade 3 hypertension and obesity.

A 55-year-old UA, living in Zangiata district, was taken to the infectious diseases hospital "Nazarbek" in Zangiata district in critical condition.

The man had a severe course of coronavirus infection and complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome, pneumonia, acute respiratory and cardiovascular failure.

According to official statistics, they became the 82nd and 83rd victims of the COVID-19 pandemic in Uzbekistan.
