According to the Ministry of Emergencies of Uzbekistan, strong gusts of wind and heavy rains were observed on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, particularly in Bukhara, Samarkand, Tashkent, Navoi, Tashkent regions and Tashkent city on 27 February.

Especially in the capital, gusts reached 16 m / s (58 km / h), and in the metropolitan region up to 15 m / s (54 km / h). The tree fell on road in Almazar district of the capital.

Heavy rains fell in Urgut, Kattakurgan and Samarkand districts of Samarkand region, in Bostanlyk, Tashkent and Yangiyul districts of Tashkent region and in Tashkent city.

As a result of torrential rains floods were observed in some areas of the city of Tashkent, with the penetration of water into parts of residential buildings and administrative buildings. As a result of the mobilization of the necessary forces and means of the Office of Public Works and Tashkent Emergency Situations Departments, the consequences of rain are eliminated.
