Legislative Chamber approves several draft laws

The draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to the law “On radio frequency spectrum” stipulates increasing level of security and use of radio frequencies, as well as responsibility for violations of the rules of use of radio frequencies.

The document is aimed at protecting rights of citizens, who do not consumer alcohol products, via increasing fine for consumption of alcohol products in public places and transport and decreasing harmful impact of alcohol, the press service of the Legislative Chamber said.

The draft law will also help to prevent and decrease consumption of alcohol and tobacco products among citizens, including youth, via banking promotion of alcohol and tobacco goods.
