Korea Post develops project on modernization of Uzbekistan Pochtasi

According to Uzbekistan Pochtasi, the delegation of Korea Post led by its President Kim Junho visited Uzbekistan last year.

The meeting is aimed at familiarizing with the project on modernization of the objects of postal communication of Uzbekiston Pochtasi, which was developed by the Korean specialists.

Director-general of Uzbekiston Pochtasi Shukhrat Atamukhamedov received the delegation of the Korea Post. The sides noted that the project can serve as road map for further development of postal communication in Uzbekistan and improvement of quality of provided services, postal logistic system, introduction of ICT and new postal services.

Uzbekistan Pochtasi noted that Korean specialists visited Uzbekistan to study automatization level of Uzbekistan Pochtasi in August 2016. During the visit, the Uzbek and Korean specialists discuss improving postal infrastructure and introduction of ICT in postal sphere.
