Komil Allamjanov becomes head of UzAPI

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan has appointed a new director general of the Uzbek Agency for Press and Information (UzAPI).

Laziz Tangriev left the post of director general of the Uzbek Agency for Press and Information in connection with his transfer to another job.

Komil Allamjanov has been appointed as acting General Director of the Uzbek Agency for Press and Information.

Prior to this appointment, Komil Allamjanov worked as the press secretary of the President of Uzbekistan.
