KOICA hands over aid to Center for rehabilitation of persons without a specific place of residence

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Korean International Cooperation Agency (hereinafter refer as KOICA), on 5 May 2020, handed over to Center for rehabilitation of persons without a specific place of residence , located in Tashkent, products of support, specifically foodstuff, Medical products(medicines, medical products and disinfection equipment), quarantine goods and hygiene products.

Volunteer contribution was conducted as per developed by KOICA Coronavirus-19 Infectious Disease Response Support Plan using Operating Alumni Association Budget.

The support will cover persons without a specific place of residence and means of living, providing required support at their attempts to return to regular way of living, even in such a lean times for the Republic.

Korean International Cooperation Agency was established on 1991 as the unit of government of the Republic of Korea, responsible for implementation of grant aid programs in developing countries.

KOICA exerts every effort to eradicate poverty and providing support in social and economic development of partner-countries by establishing cooperation and strengthening friendly relationship with developing countries.

Implemented projects are a support complex providing maintenance including construction of physical infrastructure and provision of equipment for development of society and improvement welfare of partner country.
