Khokim of Tashkent region and President of Tatarstan discuss development of bilateral relations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Khokim of Tashkent region Gulomjon Ibrahimov met with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in Kazan.

The parties discussed the dynamics of bilateral agreements reached earlier at previous meetings, as well as the current state of affairs.

The head of Tatarstan said that the parties agreed on joint activities in the field of the oil industry. He also recalled that Tatarstan had previously expressed an intention to open a branch of one of the design institutes in Uzbekistan.

Minnikhanov stressed that Tatarstan and Tashkent region can cooperate in many directions: from the supply of finished products to the implementation of joint projects.
