Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan has appointed a new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Latvia.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Kadambay Sultanov became Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Latvia. Previously, he worked as an adviser to the Embassy of our country in the USA.

On 7 October 2019, the ambassador of Uzbekistan arrived in Riga.
