Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan has been published on the conservation for a period of 24 months of a number of unused facilities of the enterprises of Thermal Power Plants JSC.
The document was developed in order to rationalize the use of facilities of enterprises in the system of the joint-stock company "Thermal Power Plants" to optimize the costs of their storage, to ensure financial stability.
Conservation concerns a number of unused facilities of the Takhiatash, Talimarzhan and Syrdarya thermal power plants.
Relevant proposals came from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee, the Agency for State Assets Management and JSC "Thermal Power Plants".
In particular, the number of objects subject to conservation included: a fuel oil storage facility with a volume of 200 tons (Takhiatash TPP JSC), an expander-generator device with a capacity of 5000 kW (Syrdarya TPP JSC), a fuel oil storage facility with a volume of 240 tons (JSC "Talimarzhan TPP").
The draft resolution notes that the expenses for the conservation and storage of temporarily unused objects are carried out by the owner organizations themselves at their own expense (according to the "Regulations on the procedure for the conservation of unused fixed assets and construction in progress", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 401 of September 16, 2003 of the year).
It is stipulated that proposals for the efficient use of canned objects should be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers by 1 January 2022 by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in conjunction with Thermal Power Plants JSC.
