The state of the facilities at the commissioning stage was also studied and instructions were given to ensure their stable operation.

The leadership of the working group got directly acquainted with the progress of a number of projects. So, in particular, they visited the Indorama Agro cotton-textile cluster, which is being created in Sardoba district, consisting of a cotton processing plant and a logistics center. At the moment, construction and restoration work has been carried out on the territory of the plant with an area of 13 hectares, and the installation and adjustment of technological equipment is under way. On the site where the logistics center will be located, preparation of the territory has been completed and the installation of reinforced concrete and metal structures is underway. The facility employs about 120 specialist engineers and uses special equipment. The implementation of this project will allow to establish production in the amount of 35.2 billion soums per year to create more than 250 new jobs. At the same time, it is planned to attract foreign direct investment in the amount of US$60 million.

Among others, the company for the production of garments and knitwear "Sardoba Oqsaroy Textile", located in Sardoba district, was visited. With a total project cost of 35.3 billion soums, its annual productivity is 1.4 million units of finished products, and the number of jobs exceeds 500 units. This project is planned to be commissioned in September this year.

In Mirzaabad district, at the Mirzaobod Limonchilik Clasteri enterprise, the implementation of which began in June this year, construction work has also been completed and greenhouse equipment is being actively installed with parallel connection to utilities. This greenhouse complex worth 30.3 billion soums will allow to grow more than 2 million units of finished products per year. The complex is divided into greenhouses with an area of 2500 square meters, which will be transferred to the operation of the local population on the principles of cooperation: local residents will grow crops, and the enterprise will act as a customer for products and harvest. This complex will also be commissioned in September this year.

These enterprises are located in the immediate vicinity of the houses under construction, intended for the population affected by the consequences of the breakthrough of the dam of the Sardoba reservoir and are focused primarily on ensuring its employment, including through the organization of home work.
