The Roadmap for ensuring participation from 2020 of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Index of Budgetary Openness of the International Budgetary Community, approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 9 April 2019 No. PP-4273, provides for the analysis and publication of State budget expenditures by types of beneficiaries.

In order to further increase openness and transparency in the field, information about goods (works, services) purchased by state customers, as well as about the names, founders and beneficiaries of suppliers, is being published on a special information portal of public procurement.

In addition, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 17 June 2020 No. 388 “On measures to attract funds from the International Monetary Fund to the Anti-Crisis Fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, state customers must provide the Ministry of Finance with information on the beneficiaries of public procurement contractors. This is done to ensure openness and transparency of public procurement for loans provided by the IMF.

Publicly available information about the beneficial owners and founders of suppliers for purchases carried out by government customers, as well as funds from the Anti-Crisis Fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. You can get acquainted with it on the official website of the ministry and its pages on social networks, as well as through the electronic systems of operators of a special information portal for state procurement.

Beneficial owner is an individual who has property rights or actually controls the supplier of goods (works, services) under the contract.
