Ikhtiyor Abdullaev appointed as Prosecutor-General of Uzbekistan

According to the decree, Ikhtiyor Abdullaev has been appointed to the post of the Prosecutor-General of Uzbekistan.

At this post, he replaced Rashitjon Kadirov, who headed the body from February 2000.

Kadirov left the post of the Prosecutor-General of Uzbekistan in connection with end of his constitutional term and move to new job.

Prior to appointment, Ikhtiyor Abdullaev worked as state advisor of the President of Uzbekistan.
