Ihtiyor Abdullayev becomes head of National Security Service of Uzbekistan

Tashkent is hosting a meeting with participation of representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office and the National Security Service of Uzbekistan. The President of Uzbekistan takes part in the meeting.

It was announced at the meeting that Inoyatov was dismissed from the post of head of the NSS. It should be noted that Rustam Inoyatov has been appointed as the head of the NSS in 1995.

Ihtiyor Abdullayev was appointed as new chairman of the National Security Service. Prior to this appointment, Abdullayev worked as the Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan.
