Husnitdin Hasilov becomes head of Uzbekistan Railways

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan appointed the acting chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari (Uzbekistan Railways), the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan said in its Telegram-channel.

Husnitdin Hasilov was appointed as Acting Chairman of the Board of the Uzbekistan Temir Yollari.

Prior to this appointment, from 1 April 2016, Hasilov worked as the chief manager and chief engineer of Uzbekistan Railways.

In this position, he replaced Achilbay Ramatov, who headed the company for 16 years.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev appointed Achilbay Ramatov as First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Transport.

Uzbekistan introduced a ban for simultaneous work of the Prime Minister, his deputies and advisers in management over economic units and companies, as well as other organizations with a state share.
