Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Now 206 gas supply organizations in each district, city and region of the country will be engaged in servicing the gas supply system and providing specialized services to the population, the press service of Hududgaztaminot reported.

The resumption of their activities was envisaged by a resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to ensure stable provision of the economy and the population with energy resources, financial recovery and improvement of the oil and gas industry management system”. This decision was made in order to improve the quality of services for all categories of consumers of natural and liquefied gas.

It should be noted that an increase in the number of gas supplying organizations will allow for a stable supply of “blue fuel” to the population and introduce modern technologies into the process.

Currently, the structural divisions of Hududgaztaminot are fully staffed with specialists. To increase public confidence and improve service, departments were opened to work with citizens' appeals and with the media.
