Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - By the decision of the sole shareholder of Yulkurilish JSC from 11 September 2020, Erniyazov Ruslan Muptullaevich was appointed chairman of the board of the company.

For information, in accordance with separate decisions of the head of state in December 2019, the creation of the Yulkurilish joint stock company was noted. Proceeding from this, in the current year, according to the relevant order of the State Assets Management Agency, Yulqurilish JSC was established. The Agency for State Assets Management was determined as its sole shareholder.

The composition of the Supervisory Board was also approved by the decision of the sole shareholder in the following composition:

Bekenov Sunatulla Khusanovich - Director of the Agency for State Assets Management;

Nazarov Shukhrat Bakhtiyorovich - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Roads under the Ministry of Transport;

Kholmurodov Nozimjon Kasimovich - Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade;

Abidov Akmal Dzhurabayevich - Chief Specialist of the Cabinet of Ministers;

Arzikulov Nodir Shodievich - Head of Department of the State Assets Management Agency.

At the first meeting of the Supervisory Board, Bekenov Sunatulla Khusanovich was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
