Green-Week-2017: Uzbekistan signs contracts for US$55.6m

The delegation of Uzbekistan includes representatives of foreign trade companies, regional administrations and works on signing export contract and promoting Uzbek products in foreign markets, UzAgroExport said.

During the exhibition, the Uzbek delegation held talks with the representatives of companies from Great Britain, Germany, Lithaunia, Israel, India, China, UAE, Georgia, Russia, Azerbaijan, South Korea, Turkey, etc.

For example, Tampico Trading Gmbh Tampico Trading Gmbh expressed interest to purchase nuts, sesame, licorice, seeds of pomegranate, melons and pumpkins.

In the result of the meeting, the Uzbek companies signed agreements on supply of fresh and processed fruits and vegetables for US$55.6 million.

The companies are continuing work on establishing cooperation ties with foreign companies and signing export contracts with Green Week-2017.
