Glassware exports increased by US$10.4 million

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- For 10 months of 2020, Uzbekistan exported glassware and glass products to 21 foreign countries in the amount of US$17.6 million. 

According to the Uzbek State Statistics Committee, compared to the same period of last year, this indicator increased by US$10.4 million, or 2.4 times.

According to the State Statistics Committee, over the past 10 months, Uzbekistan has exported the largest amount of glassware and glass products to the following countries:

Kazakhstan - US$10.1 million;

Tajikistan - US$2.6 million;

Turkmenistan - US$2.2 million;

Kyrgyz Republic - US$1.4 million;

Georgia - US$578,900;

Singapore - US$293,600;

Russia - US$248,000.

As of 1 November 2020, the regions of Uzbekistan exporting the largest amount of glassware and glass products were:

Tashkent city - US$10.6 million;

Jizzakh - US$2.4 million;

Ferghana - US$1.7 million;

Tashkent - US$911,200.
