Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In order to increase the export of Uzbek fruits and vegetables to the French market, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France assisted the investment and consulting company BMB Trade Group in establishing cooperation with French business circles, including with Advantage Central Asia, Dunyo reported.

Following the results of meetings and negotiations held in December this year, the leaders of the companies signed a joint activity agreement, which envisages the creation of the first joint venture in France for packing and packing dried fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan. It is expected that it will also ensure their promotion in other European markets.

As a first step, the parties approved a plan for the export of agricultural products of Uzbekistan in the amount of about U$500,000 this spring.

The French company “Advantage Central Asia” provides services for the analysis of markets in Western Europe and Central Asia, takes control of export-import projects on a turn-key basis.

In turn, the BMB Trade Group is known among domestic and foreign business circles for successfully implementing investment projects with the participation of foreign capital and providing services to foreign companies in setting up and developing business in the Uzbek market. In general, a joint project in the near future may lay a solid the basis for further development of export of dried agricultural products to European markets.
