French envoy holds negotiations with head of State Nature Committee of Uzbekistan

The sides discussed participation of Uzbekistan in the 21st Conference on Climate Change, which will be held in Paris in December 2015 and possibilities of organization of another event dedicated to Aral Sea. State Nature Committee, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Center for hydremeteorological service are actively holding preparation to this conference.

At the meeting, the officials also considered issues of developing ecologic tourism in Uzbekistan. French envoy underlined great potential of the country in this sphere. Uzbek official confirmed importance of this area and informed the envoy on measures adopted in Uzbekistan to develop this perspective direction of tourism.
