Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan Discuss Strengthening Strategic Partnership

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 14 January, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Jeenbek Kulubaev.

The officials exchanged views on the agenda of upcoming bilateral and multilateral events, reviewed the current state of Uzbek-Kyrgyz relations, and discussed specific steps to further strengthen and develop the strategic partnership between the two countries.

The ministers reaffirmed their shared commitment to fostering cooperation in a constructive and forward-looking manner.
