Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- For 8 months of 2020, Uzbekistan exported 26.3 tonnes of honey to foreign countries in the amount of US$41,800. This figure has grown by 20.3 tonnes or 4.4 times compared to the corresponding period last year.

According to the State Committee on Statistics, over the past 8 months, Uzbekistan has exported honey to the following countries:

USA - 11.2 tonnes

Korea - 10 tonnes

UAE - 3.1 tonnes

Kuwait - 2 tonnes

According to the information, the regions exporting honey for 8 months of 2020:

City of Tashkent- 21.2 tonnes

Jizzakh region - 3.1 tonnes

Samarkand region - 2 tonnes

Namangan region - 0.1 tonnes.
