Eurocement intends to sell a block of shares in Akhangarancement JSC

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Eurocement Holding AG intends to sell a stake in Akhangarantsement. This was said in a statement.

Eurocement Holding AG intends to sell over 4.14 million shares in Akhangarantsement, which is 84.19% of the manufacturer's authorized capital.

The price for one share of Akhangarancement is set at 103,593.05 soums with a par of 1,000 soums. The total amount of the transaction may reach 428.99 billion soums.
