EU delegation head holds talks at Uzbekistan’s MFA

The sides discussed practical issues of interaction between Uzbekistan and European Union. The sides underlined that positive dynamic of bilateral relations in 2014. Trade turnover between two sides grew by 1.93% to US$1.93 billion in January-September 2014.

Uzbekistan and EU jointly developed relations in cultural-humanitarian sphere, including in education and training cadres.

At the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on schedule of next sessions of the cooperation institutes between Uzbekistan and EU and other contacts at various levels.
