Enterprise on production of electrical products to be launched in Nukus

On 13 June 2017, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On organization of electrical products in Nukus”.

The resolution was adopted in order to create capacities for production of modern energy-saving equipment and further localization of import-substituting products in Karakalpakstan.

The authorized capital of the enterprise will be US$8 million. The enterprise will realize an investment project worth US$8 million, the resolution says.

The share of the company Tanotrade AG (Switzerland) will be 80% and Тоshelectroapparat Ltd - 20%.

President of Uzbekistan granted Nukuselectroapparat LLC tax and customs privileges within realization of the project.
