Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 November  2019, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan held another round table on improving energy efficiency and a sales fair in Termez.

The purpose of these events is to discuss the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4422 of 08/22/2019, as well as to introduce entrepreneurs to the Project "Improving the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises."

At the fair, such manufacturers of energy-efficient equipment of the Republic of Uzbekistan were represented as: “QIE solar technology”, “Khududgaz Termez”, “Royal”, “Prime” and others.

More than 300 people took part in the sales fair and round table. It is expected that participants in these events, heads of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, will take advantage of the opportunity to obtain credit from the World Bank and the European Investment Bank. Indeed, modern and effective ways to reduce energy costs contribute to lower costs and increase the competitiveness of products.

A series of final round tables will be held in the cities of Jizzakh and Gulistan until the end of November.
